I discovered yoga in a gym setting as a way to stay limber and physically active after herniated disks and cervical fusions. I enjoyed the comfort that yoga brought my body so I joined a studio. It was in the studio setting where I fell in love with the connection of my breath in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative practices.
I decided to deepen my practice with the Amrit Yoga Institute in Yoga Nidra where I learned how to meditate. I found my true self while letting go of what no longer served me and how to be a container rather than a participant. My studies also focus on Grief Therapy and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
I will share my passion of the breath so you can reconnect with your inner self and give love to your vessel. All are welcome, come as you are. We all have permission for growth and forgiveness. Namaste’
