Sophie began her journey with Amrit Yoga back in 2014. After just a short period of practicing, she found that the anxiety she had been dealing with for nearly half of her life began to vanish. It was then she realized on a deep level the power of Amrit Yoga and mind-body practices. Sophie is thrilled to bring Amrit Yoga to the Boston area and to share what she has learned with others. Sophie is also certified in Reiki 1-2 as well as Radiant Child Yoga, which she teaches in Arlington, MA.
