Yulia works with the body-and-breath-centered therapy approaches and techniques to unearth long-standing behavior patters and negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Yulia helps her clients to develop a deeper trust their bodies and connect with their innate intelligence, wisdom and joy. Yulia’s mission is to help people realize that their worth and value are not results of their skills, achievements, and external successes – self-worth is your birthright. Yulia has dedicated last 10 years to her personal spiritual growth and empowerment and simultaneously to helping her clients reconnect to their essence, so that they can live in balance and harmony with themselves and others, expressing their gifts and full potential. Yulia pulls from the depth of her own spiritual practice and the knowledge she received through her certifications in Integrative Amrit Method of Posture of Consciousness, Meditation in Motion, Advanced Yoga Nidra, Yoga Therapy, Body Psychology and Advanced Integral Breath Therapy. In addition, Yulia is a Pilates instructor and a Reiki master. Prior to finding her true purpose in holistic healing, Yulia pursed Master’s Degree in Biochemistry and pharmaceutical research to drugs to treat Diabetes. In the chaos and confusion of the modern life, there is is no better time than now to find who you truly are, to free yourself of traumas, insecurities and self-judgements, and to experience the infinite creative potential arising from within you.
Tina Rongers is a Well-Being Facilitator and doctoral student in transformative education. She brings a passion for cultivating inner awareness and energy potential for healing and wholeness in our lives. A trained Reiki Master-Teacher, Integrative Amrit Method Yoga (RYT 200) and Yoga Nidra Instructor, Tina also grounds her work with Indigenous Wisdom and Human Potential practices.
