As a person with chronic stress syndrome, I have endured many panic attacks. If you have ever experienced a panic attack you would know just how debilitating it can be. There are times that I have had to leave my car in a parking lot and have a friend pick me up and take me home because I was sure that I was going to die if I drove any further.
Luckily, the more training that I took in Yoga the more the symptoms eased. However, it was’t until going through I AM Yoga Nidra training and practicing this form of deep sleep based meditation infused with intention that I TrueType began to eliminate the constant fear and state of “fight or Flight that I was in that caused this condition of CSS.
