Biography
In Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and high plains, Elaine teaches a variety of Amrit Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes. “Start-Where-You-Are” is her credo, guiding students of every age and ability through their own self-discovery. Everyone benefits from her long interest in yoga, her sense of fun discovery.
