My work is about bringing forward movement in one’s life to bring about positive and lasting change. I take a holistic approach to wellness, looking at the interconnection of all areas of life- mind, body, and soul. I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, this strongly influences my work with clients in their own personal healing and transformation. My coaching style is rooted in a person centered approach. Honoring each client where they are.

By specializing in alternative therapies and energy work, I work to expand client’s possibilities, acting as a catalyst to propel them towards their desires. I achieve this by partnering with clients to build a bridge of consciousness, from where they are to where they want to be.

I pull from a combination of both Eastern and Western modalities to remove blocks and barriers so that those who I work with can fulfill their wellness goals and experience lasting transformations.
