A few years ago, all Harsha knew as a way of living was a busy, stress filled life, with long hours at the desk, a bad posture and struggling to find time for herself and her small family. Once she realized her lifestyle was the root cause of her ill-health, she made it a priority to take care of herself. By changing the way she ate, de-stressing with yoga and meditation, incorporating exercise, she reversed her medical conditions and in turn became a happier person.
Today, she is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, specializing in Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Nutrition and is passionate about inspiring people to create a self-care routine that nourishes the mind and body with wholesome foods, stress-relieving techniques like a deep mediation technique called Nidra to achieve their health goals to lead a fulfilled, balanced and a happy life.
Toni has been in the business of healing throughout her career from social work, to marital and family therapy, to clinical and school psychology and now to Yoga Nidra. Through the years, the flame to help others has not been dimmed.
