Victoria holds certifications in four somatic-based yoga styles consisting of Hatha, Raja, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Therapy. She is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) Victoria combines these gentle and transformative healing processes to private groups and in private sessions, using an open, encouraging and intuitive style. She also offers private concierge services (immersion weekends) to interested clients.

With these mindful, embodied skills and through gentle inquiry, Victoria meets you where you are holding a sacred and empathetic space. She encourages you to explore your inner world, bringing awareness to your deepest and most uncomfortable feelings to release and transform pain, fears, stress, anxiety, and overwhelm – also known as trauma. The answers you seek are available by accessing your inner knowing, your own innate wisdom.

RYT 500 – offering private, group, and corporate classes

Inspired by my mentors and teachers and grateful for the holistic benefits I have experienced in my own body, mind and heart, I chose to step out of the conventional business world and became certified to teach and share what has been revealed to me.  These transformational practices provide a frame work from which I operate in all my classes and in life. My teaching style is eclectic, as I tailor classes to my students and private clients. My intention is to provide quality, experiential classes that offer insight into movement, along with practical life applications, refreshment, empowerment and inspiration.

Rhonda is anchored in the transformative aspects of body/mind/heart/spirit modalities, and meet people where they are. Rhonda is a certified Body Psychology/Yoga Therapist in the Amrit energy method. She has personally experienced profound shifts via Yoga Therapy and also had the honor of being a conduit for these changes in others. She is extensively trained and experienced in guiding body/mind/heart/soul practices. This training includes an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and guiding over a thousand hours of classes. She also offers Yoga Nidra, Healing Sound Baths using Crystal Singing Bowls, Reiki, Deep Listening/Spiritual Direction, Yoga classes and other healing, connecting modalities.
